Due to high demand the following minimum periods are applicable —

Reservations policy
To maintain a reservation, a booking fee will be required within two days of making the booking.
The requested booking fee is 50% of the total cost of the stay. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to arrival date.
This can be made with a bank cheque, credit card payment Visa and MasterCard or electronic payment transfer.
Check in time is from 2pm.
Check out time is 10am. |

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Up to seven (7) days prior to your stay - 25% of payment retained. |
