Two night minimum bookings apply, all linen supplied. Please contact us regarding extended stay specials.

Due to high demand the following minimum periods are applicable —

•	Three night minimum bookings on long weekends and during special events.
•	Weekly bookings apply over the Port Fairy Folk Festival and Easter holidays

Reservations policy

To maintain a reservation, a booking fee will be required within two days of making the booking.

The requested booking fee is 50% of the total cost of the stay. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to arrival date.

This can be made with a bank cheque, credit card payment Visa and MasterCard or electronic payment transfer.

Check in time is from 2pm.
Check out time is 10am.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

•	More than 14 days prior to your stay - full refund. Up to seven (7) days prior to your stay - 25% of payment retained.
•	Less than seven (7) days (including ‘no-show’) - full payment.
•	Sorry, we regret we are unable to refund for early departures.
